01) Maps shown in the Website is only for reference.
02) Booking amount - 50% in advance and balance payment must be received 15 days in
advance before tour proceeding date.
03) Booking shall not be confirmed till final payment is not received.
04) If balance payment is not received or no further call received by you we have authority to
cancel the booking within 1 month.
05) Passenger’s signature on Booking form indicates that he has agreed and accepted the
terms and conditions. For Group booking it indicates that other Guests has given him the
authority.
06) Payment against booking amount is non-refundable and without interest but in certain
unavoidable reasons can be refunded as per below chart -
a. Intimation 30 days in advance - 25% deduction
b. Intimation 20 days in advance - 50% deduction
c. Intimation 10 days in advance - 75% deduction
d. Intimation 01 day in advance - 100% deduction
07) In case of dishonored / bounced cheque Guest has to make extra payment of Rs. 300/-
against cheque dishonored and full payment should be received within 20 days in advance.
08) Tour Itenary, Price, Hotels, Dates may change subject to sound reasons and shall inform
well in advance.
09) Hotels, Transport or other Facilities are not owned by us hence we are not responsible for
any kind of personal loss, harm, damage, theft etc.
10) Meals provided during tour is as per management’s choice and not Guest’s choice. Other
expenses of personal nature such as Laundry, Wines are not provided by us.
11) Extra items like Boating, Horse riding is not included in the itenary.
12) Any damage caused by Guests to the Hotel rooms or Coach shall be payable by the
concerned Guest or as per management’s decision.
13) You should be physically fit.
14) It is advisable to acquire Travel / Holiday Insurance Policy.
15) Regarding any complaint of belonging to be lodged should reach to us within 7 days after
completion of tour.
16) Kindly carry tour documents with you.
17) Kindly co-operate tour Manager / Guide.
18) No smoking and No Alcohol during travel is requested
19) Depends on no. of Guest Vehicles i.e. Bus or Coach or Traveller or taxi shall be provided
20) All disputes pertaining to the tour and travel related services shall be subject to Jurisdiction
of Mumbai Court (for Kokan & Siddhesh) and Nashik (for Nashik Darshan & International )
21) Government Taxes are as applicable
22) Dormitory stay means 08 to 10 pax in one room.
23) Kindly fill and submit Feedback form before leaving
